Eligible referrals are for new builders only — so this means folks who have never signed up for a paid GPT Builder Toolsaccount (Pro or Business) under any email address. If we find that a referral doesn't meet the eligibility requirements, we will adjust your rewards accordingly.

By enabling a monthly subscription, you are effectively putting your GPT behind a paywall. As long as the user pays a recurring monthly subscription, and can use the GPT as much as they want. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Yes, whitelisting is a core feature for our Business tier plan.
By adding user email addresses to a whitelist, they can access your GPT without being asked to pay.
If they share the GPT to someone else who is not on your whitelist, that new person will be asked to pay a normal subscription amount.
GPTs call actions at their discretion. It's therefore important you add the instructions and add the knowledge file provided during the installation process.
There is a current problem that causes users with European IP addresses to have trouble connecting to OpenAI's servers with using GPT actions.
We have escalated to OpenAI for a permanent solution.
In the interim, we advise you to use a private VPN and set your location outside of Europe (we have tested and found that USA, Canada, Australia and the Philippines all work).
